Since 2016, we have been learning, refining, and improving both the quality of our animals and the quality of our land. We are excited for the opportunity to share our delicious, nutritious beef with you and yours. Currently, we sell primarily beef shares, mostly as half a beef or whole beef. We are excited to share our newest product with you, our delicious 100% Beef Snack Sticks! They are a wonderful high-protein snack for the whole family to enjoy!

Our beef is USDA inspected and processed at a locally owned butcher and is dry-aged for 14-21 days which helps develop a wonderful flavor and superior tenderness.
