Here at Shelter Creek Cattle Company, we take pride in the fact that our cattle are born and raised right here on our ranch. Our customers have peace of mind knowing exactly where their beef is coming from. They know their ranchers and their butchers.

Wholesome & safe

Our beef is USDA inspected and processed at a locally owned butcher and is dry-aged for at least 20 days which helps develop a wonderful flavor and superior tenderness.

Our product

Since 2016, we have been in the business of growing great beef. It is a process of learning, refining, and improving the quality and vitality of both our animals and the land that supports us. We look forward to the opportunity to share our delicious, nutritious beef with you and yours! We offer bulk beef shares (a half or whole beef), premium steaks & cuts, ground beef, and our 100% beef snack sticks. You can find us at the Stigler Farmers Market on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays through the summer months. Hope to see you there!
